Dr. Barrett is a high-profile leadership and communications expert. He has two Masters degrees and a PhD in Clinical Psychology and has worked with Fortune 200 companies. He specializes in emotional intelligence as it relates to leadership, smart communication and training corporations in understanding the power of smart customer relationships.  His goal in life is not to focus on what he has done in the past but to help others see what they can achieve in the future.
